Our story
Started at the farmers market. Still cooking that way.
Cardinal Provisions started as a wood-fired pop-up at the Healdsburg farmers market in 2021. What began as weekend dinners became a neighborhood staple.
We source everything within 40 miles of the restaurant. The menu changes with what the farms bring us each week.
